    Kara Billadeau currently serves as an HR Representative for Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee. Kara is currently a grad student with Capella University having earned a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management and is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in HR. Kara has a collective of 8 years in the field serving in various HR, administrative, and employee training and development roles. She has a passion for HR operations including payroll and HRIS system management. Kara is a native of Kankakee county and lives in Bradley with her twin daughters.

    Kelsey Bowen is a Kankakee native who currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Professional at Northwestern Medicine.  Kelsey graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administartion and has over five years of diverse HR experience.  Kelsey is particularly passionate about recruitment and talen development.  Kelsey is a long-time SHRM participant and leader, with her involvement in KAHRMA dating back to her college days.

    Joy Yarneau serves as Payroll/Benefits Administrator for National Tube Supply Company.  Joy graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Joy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and holds a PHR certification.

    Bre Dorth serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager for AHF Products.  Bre has over 20 years of Human Resources experience with the last 10 years specifically in Manufacturing.  Bre holds a SPHR certification.  Bre holds a Master in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Organization Behavior from Benedictin University.
