As an organization that provides resources for the human resource community within Kankakee County, we can see your company becoming a wonderful sponsor for our upcoming events.

KAHRMA-HR is a local chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Our Chapter was created to bring professionals together that have the responsibility for such things as hiring, onboarding, developing, coaching, or terminating employees. While these are traditional human resources responsibilities, depending on the size of the organization they may fall under the Office Manager’s or the Owner’s realm of responsibilities.

Either way, we welcome anyone who is charged with such things.

We hold quarterly events where we serve either breakfast or lunch and invite a speaker or two to present on various topics. Topics, such as employment, branding, values, benefit, and employee engagement.
