    Brenda Duncan, Ally HR Solutions

    Brenda Duncan is a seasoned Human Resources executive whose career has been focused in healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Prior to starting her own HR consulting company, Ally HR Solutions, Duncan was the divisional director of Human Resources for Franciscan Health Olympia Fields where she had oversight for Human Resources, Education and Security.

    Previously, Duncan served as Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), a global not‐for‐profit organization focused on better health through information technology (IT). Duncan played a pivotal role in HIMSS growth through a variety of acquisitions and the addition of international offices. Prior to joining HIMSS, Duncan held increasingly responsible Human Resources positions for the Regional Transportation Authority and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

    Duncan was selected for Crain’s Chicago Business 2020 Notable Leaders in HR. Duncan has a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Bradley University. She holds a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) certification, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‐SCP) designation.
